Bachelor in Computer Science and Master in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, with over 18 years of professional experience in technology, foreign trade, and regional competitiveness. He served as Director of Information Technologies for the Government of Nuevo Laredo and has worked as a consultant for business and government organizations in Mexico.

Co-author of several studies and publications on international trade and socioeconomic development along the border. Currently, he is a university lecturer and managing partner of technology companies such as Munyaltek and Rocket Fi, driving digital transformation and innovation in software development and telecommunications.
